What is sensory play?
Sensory play includes any activity that stimulates your young child's senses: touch, smell, taste, movement, balance, sight and hearing. Sensory activities facilitate exploration and naturally encourage children to use scientific processes while they play, create, investigate and explore.
Playing with Jelly is a sensory activity for kids to explore through their senses the many wonderful textures and qualities of jelly. Yummy too!
All you need is to make a batch of jelly, add some clean, washed toys (make sure your toys are big enough that your child wont choke). And that's it!
